The law firm of BRAVLIN PC (formerly Braverman & Lin, PC) was originally founded by Mr. Stanton Braverman who began this immigration practice in 1972. Mr. Braverman is retired and serves as an advisor to the firm. The firm is now owned and managed by Mr. Michael W. Lin, who has been working with Mr. Braverman since 1992. The firm is proud to say that most, if not all, of its clients are originated through referrals. The firm has extensive experience in providing legal services to individuals, multi-national corporations, universities, non-profit organizations and government agencies. The firm’s longevity is built upon the understanding that every client must be treated with loyalty, honesty, and integrity. Michael W. Lin

ATTORNEY

 

Mr. Lin has been working in the immigration field since 1992. Mr. Lin has worked on countless highly complex immigration matters ranging from corporate mergers, successor in interest, crimmigration, H-1B, E-2, and all aspects of immigration law. Mr. Lin serves as a Special Assistant Attorney General of the State of West Virginia in representing its state agencies. In addition to his dedication to the immigration community, Mr. Lin is a volunteer attorney with Catholic Charities Legal Services in providing pro bono services to underserved individuals facing deportation. Mr. Lin provided pro bono legal services to homeowners facing foreclosure during the housing crisis. Mr. Lin received a Certificate of Appreciation from the State of Maryland for such work.

Kendall Niles

ATTORNEY

 

Kendall Niles is an Associate Attorney at BRAVLIN. Kendall has represented clients in various proceedings before the Immigration Courts. In addition to her experience in deportation defense, Kendall has also represented clients in family-based petitions, adjustment of status, waivers, asylum, and naturalization cases. Kendall discovered her calling to serve the immigrant community when she worked as a policy fellow for the National Immigrant Women’s Advocacy Project. This intimate experience working on the issues that affect immigrant women and children inspired Kendall to work in this area of the law where she can make a significant and profound positive impact in the lives of clients.
